The most automatic thought to ones head when you hear "lost custody" is "fucked up". For 99% of those cases i would agree, but for the one percent who get into the system out of another persons desire for utter control, such as psychopaths, narcicissts, antisocial personality disorders, and munchausenbyproxy, no effective measures have been implemented yet. This is acknowledged in reports by the Australian Institute of Family Studies, but as such, forced removal from fit parents continues...
