A few of you have suggested that i pull the court transcripts and publish them in an effort to prove my case that not just unfit parents have their children removed from their care. If there was no legislation preventing the publication of restricted family court material (under the family law acts), i would happily do this.
However I cannot, but what i can do is give you an Imagine If set of scenarios, with which you can use to judge for yourself. I do this not because i feel i need to justify myself to anybody, but because there are too many people out there who think that justice does prevail and that if you are a fit parent you will not lose your children. This isn't the case, as the government has no legislation implemented in the various family court and child protection legislation to protect fit parents and their children from separation and a lifetime of court abuse.
I'm sure its not deliberate but the government has not forseen such situations as mine and does not have measures implemented to be able to deal with the mentally ill. These include such persons as narcissists, psychopaths, sociopaths, and other related personality disorders.
